Vendor Table Reservations
The event will feature a showroom which will serve as the main venue for vendors selling Japanese swords and fittings, Japanese antiques, calligraphy, pottery, kimono, and like items to the general public.
Tables are available through advanced reservations at $125 per table. Dealers will receive 2 passes to the event with their table reservation. There will addtional ammenities available at the show for dealers:
Coffee and donuts will be provided each morning
A corner will be set up with packing materials for those wishing to mail items
An inspection area will be available with extra lights, tissues, oil, etc., for those needing a quiet space and a better look
A welcome packet will be provided which will contains a list of recommended restaurants and shopping information
